Maintain active good will / congeniality in relations with people and Creation

(and cooperation becomes normal).
Congeniality is descriptive of relations during most of the evolutionary journey.
This contrasts with competitive situations that rarely enhance humanising traits such as reciprocity and respect.
Validity of this guideline is evidenced in the understanding that humans are social creatures who value convivial relations in interaction amongst themselves.
The maintenance of congeniality is enhanced by observance of the other guidelines. (Colonialism’s Ten Commandments are conducive to critical attitudes and inhibit common good will between people. They also serve the rulers’ tactic of divide and rule, which is necessary for warfare and conquest to occur.)
However, this guideline is important precisely because it allows acknowledgement of the inherent weakness of the human condition without increasing the potential to destroy good will.
